Description:
Very simple plugin
Blocks people on the server from killing them self ("kill" in console)
Strips users of their default weapons & gives knife.
Removes all money from all players on the server at the start of each round

Cvars:
hnse_on <1|0>-Turns the plugin on/off

hnse_awp_on <1|0> - Allows AWPs to be awarded
hnse_fiveseven_on <1|0> - Allows fivesevens to be awarded
hnse_deagle_on <1|0> - Allows deagles to be awarded
hnse_scout_on <1|0> - Allows scouts to be awarded
hnse_nade_on <1|0> - Allows HE nades to be awarded

eh? this is death event not spawn and you can't pass an id since is a global event...
2.You should strip player weapons and give money after player spawn not at round start.
