Seems the only difference in the two maps is the skyboxes and lighting, why would this cause a conflict? There is nothing in the logs to indicate why the server crashes.

I got the same problem. It took me few days to find out this plugin crashes server on few maps.
Nobody answer how to fix it.. A lot of people talked about that right here.
Which version of amxmodx are you running?
