[Help] Lr Not Working!

Game : Css Error message : No message that I found. Happens after : I type !lr Result : No menu shows up.

From the errors I guess it isn't, you have to install the SDKHooks extension to run the plugin.
Get the latest SDKHooks 2.2 snapshots from :
http://users.alliedmods.net/~psychon.../sdkhooks/2.2/
Take the version of your server's OS. (take hg205 - latest)

I added the latest version for my OS, I'm now going to try to place it in manually.

I was unable to find sdkhooks.ext in the .zip.

The same error still comes up?

I have updated SourceMod, and I've made sure I've placed everything in correctly.
From this error, the only is: sdkhooks.ext is not loading.
How can I fix this?
