Don't know. But you are using a dev build of SM. Try the stable one first.

I have 4 servers on 1 dedicated server. On csgo servers I have different sm and meta so imo its not sm fault.

Use the latest sm stable version http://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=stable

If crashes still occur, post your plugin list here "sm plugins list" because surely is a plugin the cause of the crashes.

Server with stable sm 1.8 and meta without plugins also crashing.
Clear sm and meta with accelelator ZCVA-BWO3-JFDG
