Hmmm, getting a bit annoyed right now. Recently, my game freezes when joining dedicated servers, same for own DS. If my hunch is right, there is (was?) a solution to this but forgot as many years have passed. Anyone wanna help me?

As for generalizing your problem, you simply need a better computer. If your game is "freezing" it's because it's loading the game data and caching all it's necessities.
