Get the following error in HLDS.

check your modules.ini. (plugin "black-jack.amx")
17 plugins, 13 running

- Functions are clearly spelled correct
- Modules.ini points to files correctly
- Plugins worked fine with older version of AmxModX

Currently running version 0.20 RC5

- Updated my version of AmxModX twice.

This isn't a bug, the user is most likely not loading the module.

Suggestion is to make sure cstrike is loaded and to check "amxx modules" output in server console.
