Cool idea.

If only one human survived by the end of the first wave would there only be that human the next wave or will the cts go back to humans...

Im not being rude, but the chances of someone writing this is very slim. If you look this forum is filled with requests that wouldnt take more than 30 minutes to write and they havent been filled. Yours would take quite a bit of work so I dont see it happening unless someone just falls in love with the idea.

If you really want it made you wight want to consider hiring someone or use this as a learning project. Sourcemod isnt difficult to use, just takes some learning.

Not really something you can put a number on. If you have programmed before you could pick up the gist of it within a day, if you havent, probably a decent bit longer. Best bet is to read the wiki and look at plugin source in the approved forum.

Making a such plugin is a huge project. I know about some similar plugins. Have a look at these:
  • Zombie Riot - Fight against bots. In stead of waves there are days.
  • Zombie:Reloaded - A Zombie Mod clone. New version is worked on.
I and Greyscale is currently doing the big project of recoding Zombie:Reloaded, so I encourage you to take a look at Zombie Riot first. If you have feature ideas for Zombie Riot, post them in its thread.

The code of Zombie:Reloaded and Zombie Riot almost look the same, so Zombie Riot might be recoded one day to have the same "core" as Zombie:Reloaded, and with new features. Who knows?
