Yes ill tell u what i did
1.i dled the Amx Mod x Package for Steam
2.then i put it in the cstrike folder
3.i created a folder called metamod\dlls in addons
4.in the dlls folder i put the Metamod.dll i downloaded at metamod.org
5.then i created a text file called plugins.ini in the metamod folder and wrote win32 addons/amxx/dlls/amxx_mm.dll in it
6.i replaced this line gamedll "dlls\mp.dll" with this line gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll" in the liblist.gam
7.i dled the listen server fix and copyed it over the old amxx dll

Is this all right?

yep. Make sure that plugins.ini isnt like plugins.ini.txt

right click the item and go to properties. Make sure its a .ini, not a .txt.

Also, Make sure the metamod.dll is "metamod.dll" not "Metamod.dll"

I just tryed to write the plugins.ini without the .ini so it has only the name plugins!
And it worked!
Im happy!
