I renamed addons in _addons, people immediately began to connect, help! This problem Sourcemod?

Not sure what is going on, Something with bots is causing my server to crash, another one with exact same plugins and evertything allows players to join fine? Something is definitely fucked up, on the one that does work, bots no longer are able to be renamed, nor do they allow replays to be played.

gamedata needs to be updated, servers probably won't be operable until sourcemod releases it.

Yeah I'm on Windows. Seems to be just a Windows problem then. Hopefully the wonderful coders of SourceMod/MetaMod will push a hot-fix soon.

Updated my previous posts with SM & MM versions which are running my Windows servers just fine

My linux servers are fine (SM 1.7.3-dev+5253), but my Windows servers won't start if running SourceMod (fine with just MetaMod).

just made sure i was on the latest stable for linux and still not working.
