menu item *click* sound

hey..
is it possible to disable this *click* sound for some menu items or 1 menu? I don't want to disable it completely by modifying the core.cfg of sourcemod. (MenuItemSound "..")

Add MENUFLAG_NO_SOUND by using SetMenuOptionFlags().
