Try understand, only permanent bans are stored in ...cfg/banned_user.cfg. Nothing else.

Temporary bans what have time when it expire are not save any files normally, it store in server "memory" what disapear when reboot server.

This plugin save these temporary bans in ...addons/sourcemod/data/sqlite/stb-sqlite.sq3
It also remove srcds-ban from server "memory", because to get that kick reason to work (show to banned person how much time left)

If you want regular srcds bans to work (this disable that kick reason from banned person)
change config
stb_rejectmode 0

I guess you have try banned player who have ' in name (or admin name)... like ex. pete's
Or have ' in reason text.
Updated/fixed...

- I have now workin another version (STB2) replacing this,
so it not save anymore player/admin name, reason text and date when have banned. (Use SourceBan if you want these features)
Support using SM sqlite or MySql.
Print in chat and show banned player, ban length and day+time when expire.

I have now little bit practice these sqlite/mysql queryie's but don't have much freetime, someday I release it.
It now on test our server.

Previous version was much better. I needed exactly sometnihg like this. With admin name, reason, time and playername and i dont want to install sourcebans on my servers... Ill not update to stb2 or i will look for a similar plugin.

I just wanted make simple plugin to get temporay bans work, nothing else.
