How to make bots have a fake ping?

I would want to know how to make them have fake ping and count towards the players counter.
This is not a fake slots, This plugin will spawn intelligent bots to fight against others players.

The first is possible with RCBot...not sure if its been updated yet
I dont think counting them would work with a simple plugin
