The plugin wont work at all. Nothing happens when I type !ws or !knife. What should I do?

1st - post your plugins list and error logs

Does this plugin automatically refresh and update with New Skins ?
Or is there a library that needs manual updation ?

You need to say it in public chat, not console.

Can you please type sm plugins list in server console and paste it here , also ptah is an extention not plugin and make sure to edit core.cfg .
I am assuming you are running a vanilla server without sourcemod and meta mod
