hey guys hope you doing fine, i really need to know what are the principal causes of a bad VAR in a csgo server, is it related to a plugin or settings, the server was fine few months back but not anymore the var is not stable at all hes going from 1 to 3 or 6 sometimes

i7 6700 should could running smooth, without any problems (depends slots)

Well, still need to know what slots you are running with (on 4 servers) and which OS. =)

You can try install tuned

apt install tuned tuned-adm -y && tuned-adm profile latency-performance

1 server 30 slots 64 tick, 1 server 10 slots 128 tick, 1 server 22 slots 128 tick, 1 server 20 slots 128 ticks

we did what you recommended still the same

Check your plugins, maybe you use some obsolate plugins who blocks game thread. For example of such old poorly written plugins who use MySQL.
