I know that the other way around works, where you have the broadcast enabled and then the users can turn it off.

Is it a way to reverse it? So it's off by default and then users can turn it on if they wish?

So far I haven't been able to configure it, since when I turn off the broadcasting in the server config on the HLstats page, it doesn't broadcast at all.
