Amx Bans " Error " Server not available

I have setuup sql.cfg file , the server is showing in the website , but it is showing up as Server Not Available/

Please Someone Help me

if you think that a thread is in a wrong place, just report it to be moved, it's "cleaner" than to say wrong section.
