i see that it says CVARS.. on all the heros but where do i find the CVARS?

in the czero/addons/amx folder, there is a file called shconfig.cfg, open that file with notepad and you should see the default hero cvars, just add new hero cvars at the bottom or change the default hero cvars that are there, then close and save
