i tried the script but don't know if im doing it well
in autoexec.ini
Bind "k" "say hello"
but when i connect it removed all keys
and give message

"Server tried to send invalid command:"bind "k" "say hello"

what is the problem or how fix it

thanks for this but what i want to give the players some binds on keys so they can play on the server with out problems like
bind "p" "say /vipmenu"
it should be made by the server automatically when the players connect but it's not
so i need a plugin to do it

This is no longer possible. You need to properly inform your players. Also, a VIP menu is hardly critical.

Calmdown boy, i mean that if i have a plugin which allows a "Snow Rain" and it need to allow "cl_weather 1" to show the affect, So with this "ِِِAutoexec plugin" I can make anyone allow weather.
