I'm having one issue with custom items, if I add an item to the givecustom list and give it to a player, he'll have that weapon's model show regardless of whether he's using it or not.

I don't have this error with the hardcoded weapons nor do I have this issue if I add the custom item to the giveweapon plugin files itself laong with visible weapon's list of items.

Strange... I'll go see if it happens on my server. All custom items without a model, by default, use the model specified by the item index. So all custom direct hits where you don't specify the model, by default, use the direct hit model.

This shouldn't cause a problem, as it does the same thing as hardcoded weapons.

I can't download your plugin and i can't compile it - fatal error.

But the smx-file work fine.

Please read the first post:
Download the SMX not the "Get Plugin" or "Get Source", you most likely don't have the necessary include files to compile it yourself, and the Web Compiler certainly doesn't...

It looks like you downloaded the SMX. Good.

The new items have been confirmed to be craftable anyway. I agree the version in this plugin shouldn't have the controversial Genuine tag, but I don't see why it can't be included when items such as;

The Sticky Jumper/Rocket Jumper
Valve Weapons (even with the Valve prefix)
The Golden Wrench
The Big Kill
The Lugermorph

are included with it.

Several of the above (Valve Weapons/Telltale Weapons/Golden Wrench) aren't even available anymore, nor are they craftable. So why should a weapon that will eventually HAVE a crafting recipe not be added?

I am however aware of the whole issue that went down in regards to attachables/hat plugins. So I think I can see why you likely said what you said. I just think the wrong weapon was chosen here to make an example upon.
