I have problem with respawn (aka respawn bug). Getting stuck at 111 seconds or 114 seconds.

Esse erro é porque vc nao tem as signatures do orpheu atualizadas, procura nos comentários anteriores e vc vai achar.

Try a clean install.

Rename your "addons" to "addons_old" and to install a default amxmodx install at a new empty "addons" folder, but now, without any special plugin for amxmodx and metamod beyond "your troublesome plugin" and orpheu.

Then test if it is working.

Is there really a need to answer the same question over and over? What you stated means that you are missing Orpheu Signatures for those functions. Updating to the latest version of Orpheu doesn't mean that plugin specific signature files will get updated as well.
