So when somebody wins - map change to nextmap but it taking too long time 10-20 seconds.
Can somebody explain me how to make change map Immediately?

Other problem is when somebody reaches HE level starting map vote and tells that map will be changed next round , but when come next round nothing happend and map changes only when somebody WINS - kills by KNIFE...

Can somebody help me with these BUGS?

I don't know how deagsmapmanager works, but if it says mapchange will come next round it is not correctly configured.
Mapchange uses this time on my server too, seems to be normal because of sv_alltalk is enalbed and you should be able to talk to others. I don't know how this time can be made shorter.

so it can't be a problem.

Its probably the mp_chattime. You should check your gg_map_setup parameters in gungame.cfg!
