V5 have a some bug.

CT dead in user participation as zspawn recognized as a zombie but during spawn when the user is infected, treatment should not be in the CT. If you would like confirmation email.

The last update valve it happens a strange thing:

when the humans win the maps we can hear the sound "the bomb has been defuse"

I think that is a sourcemod bug since the last update. Try to update to the latest build of sourcemod -> https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=271646

Thank you for the information.
I have updated with last version sourcemod & metamod all hear sound end round CT(the bomb has been defuse) & T(terrorist win).
The last update valve bot no kick , pls help fix.

Sounds not working in ZM for me. It tells this error in console:

I fixed all the sounds using emitsoundany. But seems that ambientsound stopped when other sound is emitted, I will continue trying for fix it.

Also I will add a countdown sounds feature soon.

Edit these cvars in cfg/zombiereloaded/zombiereloaded.cfg like I put here:
