LOL, I just made it myself. Was trying to edit my post but everyone beat me to it.
Exactly the same as IceWrench, I used the NadeEffects as a base then copied the funcommands bit out.

is it possible to reduce the damage done with the freezing wrench, cuz its a bit overpowered now.. (best would be that damage done would be set with a cvar)

You could do that with SDK Hooks, but if you lowered the wrench power, they would just switch to shotgun or pistol once the victim was frozen.

Yes, but if u keep hitting them with wrench u keep them frozen not? if u should switch to shotgun then he got a chance of getting unfrozen and take revenge =P
