I apologize if this has been answered already...

I saw that sm_adv_connect_announce will "Enable connect announce (1 - humans, 2 - bots)". I assume 0 will disable this.

Is there a way to manipulate what is actually said? I would like to see if I could drop the SteamID from it.

Hi guys, Im running an RPG Jailbreak Server running this adv commands. However , I came to find out that ever since i installed this advanced commands, alive players cant seem to see dead chat. Is there a way to fix this?

set the following CVar to what you need for your environment:

sm_adv_admin_vision 0..15 - Enable admin vision (for: 1 - admins, 2 - fake clients, 4 - all, when sv_alltalk 1, 8 - all)

nope still cant see dead chat. Nevermind, im just taking it off the server.

Whenever I use sm_respawn on another player it respawns them, but it also respawns me at the same time. If you ever get around to updating this plugin, see if you wouldn't mind fixing that issue. :D

That's a new one... do you use the command in console? Are yours and the other players name the same? Are you using any other plugin that might have the sm_respawn plugin that maybe fires after advcommands does (or before)?

The solution should be:

sm_adv_admin_vision 0

or

sm_adv_admin_vision 1 - if you want admins to see all-chat

When I install adv commands, it mess's the deadtalk and everyone can see the dead talk :/

I was used SM Super Commands. But I didn't like some features of it. And Super haven't some necessary ones (like cash). So I wrote own one. More simple and useful plugin code plus some new abilities.

Well..it says any game but on l4d2 it only works a few commands
