Would anyone know if it is possible to host coop maps like these http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile.../?id=932023932 on a dedicated server or if I can host a local lobby through a dedicated server?

It should work, i tested a few maps some time ago. They often say dont use it on dedicated server but with some players it causes not much trouble for me yet.
