When someone change donation group, counting days is okay, but script doesnt change group. Anyone who know how to fix this?

Having issues getting past this step:

•	Log into https://YOURDOMAIN.com/donations/admin with your Sourcebans user/pass.

I got everything installed and set up. followed the manual step by step. Added a generic SteamID to my donator group. Tried to log in and got the error:

Wrong Username or Password

In the error logs:

12/5/2017 6:57:39 AM|Failed get group info.. nothing returned from database|/usr/www/wkgamers/public/donations/includes/GroupsClass.php line:49

It's like the Donation database isn't pulling anything from the SourceBan database. They are in the same Database server.

My database is set up, but the donation control isn't reading anything from SB? I did the salt update as well, included in my config file. Any suggestions? Many thanks! I'll try to update the manual as well with what I've done thus far and how to do some simple fixes.
