An alternative to L4Downtown is L4DToolZ, which unlocks up to 32 slots and 20 human players, also has a Lobby unreserve convar, but unfortunately only works on windows servers.

What i'm looking for is a way to play against "random public" with an handicap ( 4vs6 ; 4vs7), and with the cvar available in this plugin, i feel that it's almost possible.

Unfortunately i've read that you can't join on the server through lobby.
I wonder if ppl have tried with ms_force_dedicated command ?

PS : i haven't tested it since i haven't asked for more slots yet.

DDRKhat, change the consistency check timer to a greater value, that's the cause of the additional spawned survivor.

Damizean, read my post #102.

I checked all your versions of " Missing Survivors".
You used "i<=MaxClients", DDR Khat used "i<MaxClients".

Yeah, Damizean's version works like a charm even if the consistency check is set to 1 second.
-How is it going with the medkits? Can you make the extra bots spawn with 1 medkit at the start of every map by using the "give" command?

The method being used in L8D.smx (UpdateEntCount("weapon_first_aid_kit_spawn", "2"); works but every medkit that is randomly spawned becomes twice as many.
I am only looking for a way to spawn 8 at the start.

Not sure how to begin my first post, but here goes nothing?

I have SM/MM, Left 4 Downtown extension installed, all4dead extension installed, a l4d minigun spawn, a l4d bot spawn, and Super Versus, and downtowns ready up plugin. The server is (temporarily, thanks to provider) an 18 slot server, running 8vs8 versus.

Issues: The most common one, as mentioned everywhere else in this thread... Tanks do not spawn, unless there is less than the maximum players on that team.
My second issue is that every single map change (when we all load in, when the first 2 rounds are done, and the map changes, etc) the gamemode defaults to co-op and the teams become scrambled. I have to then use rcon mp_gamemode versus to change the mode back, every single round...

My questions are...
Is there a fix for the tank in the next version?
Is there a way to fix the server/mod so that it STAYS versus, for each round? and so the teams do not swap/scramble?
I would like to use this plugin more often, but without having to play on the server constantly for it to function...

Please email me if you have any information, or post here, I will check back often. Hopefully my trial period doesn't run out before I get a response.
