It doesn't really matter how much you ban him. He's just going to keep using a proxy and coming back.

I've banned him twice from my forums now and he's been banned once from my server. Though I doubt he only has one steam account too.

EDIT: I think I may have actually banned him four times now.

He's also the person who "runs" OD servers unless they're all happening to use the exact same proxy.
