how can i chat with my country language

is there a plugin make this ?

Unfrotunately you can't talk with your own country language unless your country has english alphabets,
There are a plugin that translate when you type something in english it's write it in your own language.

You will need to make these words by your own in a cfg file or txt.

I'm not sure what you exactly mean. Do you mean that you can use the characters available in your language's alphabet or do you mean that you want to only chat with people that speak your language?

i mean that when some one wire /frenc or /heb or /.... he will be able to chat with those languages
