I don't think that this has to do with AMXX.

It's been 3 hours since you started this thread. How do you expect everybody to be able view it in that amount of time? There are a bunch of people that aren't even awake this entire time.

Are you sure you watched the video? It is possible without extra modeling

Yes, probably possible with SVC_CROSSHAIRANGLE. However, this won't be predicted by clients (like regular weapon animations/shooting/etc), meaning that anyone with ping higher than 10 or so milliseconds will notice a delay. A very frustrating one probably.
