Hi I have a strange issue look:

But in my sourcebans list serwer http://sb.minigun.pl/index.php?p=home show connect error.

Any help ?

Być może masz problem z blokowaniem portów przez hosting www napisz do nich. Miałem coś podobnego.

Zauważ że mam 2 serwer na tym samym ip 212.182.24.95:27033 [PL][MvM]Minigun.pl[VeryHard] i ten działa bez zarzutów i to jest prywatny dedyk do którego mamy dostęp i na 100% porty nie są zablokowane zwłaszcza że skrypt sb_debug_connection.php przeszedł pomyślnie. Nie mam pojęcia czemu test przeszedł pomyślnie a w sb nie działa :/ Spróbuje zrobić reinstal wgram samego SM i MM i zobaczy czy dalej będzie nie halo bo wcześniej na tym serwie miałem War3Moda i może dlatego coś mu nie pasuje.

Widzę że to na localhost chodzi. Zamień IP serwera na 127.0.0.1
