In your public Plugin:myinfo method, you forgot to add the url field. The line above it has version = PLUGIN_VERSION, (trailing comma).

can u change so it is when the popup on spec (but not when they join on spec) = (when they show that they are in game on spec)
and not so when they connect to the server?

Plugin seems to be buggy now, Admins are kicked also.

There seems to be another little issue...

A normal Player (no Admin) claimed that he was kicked while playing. He was
no Spec and was not afk. Is that possible?
