Try SetEntityHealth(client,new_health) and hp will not degenerate.

ed: SetEntProp(client, Prop_Send, "m_iHealth", hp) also work o_O (not degenerate)

since last update hp stopped degenerating, yet if medic heals and stops they start degenerating.
How to manually start/stop degeneration process?

I couldn't get either bl4nk or krolus methods to work without degenerating. Anyone know of a way to get this to work?

Set the health every 0.2 seconds using a repeating timer.

Are you setting iMaxHealth or iHealth?

ive tried both one at a time and together. What bl4nk posted was on a timer .1 seconds but didnt repeat. I changed it to .2 and made it repeat. Then tryed what krolus posted.
