i am rcon of a server and some 1 hacked the rcon ... i banned him but very time he somehow knew the rcon pass .. and start shitting with HLSW ....

is there any why to even ban him in HLSW ...

Disable rcon if you don't need it.
Else use "addip" to ban him.

hlsw cannot be the issue with the hacked rcon. Most likely your server is vulnerable trough a bad mod/plugin.

only if he doesn't have a dynamic IP or using proxys.
