L4D2 - name and id steam when connecting

Does anyone know a plugin so that when someone connects to my local server, the name of the player, steam id, and if you can the country and / or city from which you connect, I play with a mod of 8 slots lobby

I use this one:

[L4D2] Add Player Country to Name

Well copy "Connect Announce" plus "GeoIPCity", it works for me but the only problem I have is that the country does not come out, when someone connects it comes out as in the image:

GeoIP seems to work on dedicated server only.
