Is there fakequeries module in modules directory ? It shows that the module isn't loaded.

EDIT: Also don't use fq_blockip.amxx plugin as it is provided in the first post... when you are testing in localhost, because it blocks connections from localhost (little confusing ? read again)

EDIT2: Its shows that you are using linux, which version of linux are you using ?

try renaming the module to "fakequeries_amxx_i386.so" in modules folder if it already exists.

The two bad ones are entries for your module. One under fake_queries and other under fake_queries_mm_i386.so

Why would I wanna read it again? This could cause problems, if the modules loads in the first place, but as we can clearly see, it doesn't.

Linux version shouldn't make that big of a difference, but if you need that info then I'm running latest Ubuntu release. Even compiled your module on my own system against the latest hlsdk. Still doesn't work.

Maybe you should run your test server again and see if it works or not?
