[L4D2] map reset on empty server

Hi I have been looking "with no luck" for a plugin that will force a map change on a empty server .eg
when the server is empty the map will change back to c1m1_hotel any help?

Just change sm_cm_nextmap to any l4d2 map.
sm_cm_nextmap "c5m1_waterfront"
