[Zombie Server]

Hello all!
I have a server CSO zombie mod!
I have add a lot of weapons but i got some problems,I've post here in Allied Modders my problems but no one has respond!
1-First of all,all servers has knifes with different abilities like jumping,speed,damage.I have the knifes but I dont know how to make them with speed or jump or damage!
2-Milkor Mgl weapon that shoot grenades when someone shoot to a human he kills him,I wanna make them not to be killed by this gun or other guns that shoots grenade!
3-I'm using aaarnas V.I.P plugin,its amazing but I wanna make parachute only for V.I.P not for other players,V.I.P has it always,anytime,anywhere when he plays on my server for free he don't need to buy it.
4-Also can anyone give me any program that make players join more faster to my server,a program like fast download,I have it but cant install the plugin fast!

I wanna make it only for te V.I.P not other players!
