Okay, so admins with rcon access get ADMIN_HIGH multiplier?

i want to ask what change should i make to get a damage of only 20-30%?
please be specific in the change since i have no clue at all about this scripting and all.i did make a change as far as i remember and now all i get is this


L 11/02/2009 - 14:42:12: [AMXX] Run time error 10 (plugin "damagemult.amxx") (native "get_user_flags") - debug not enabled!
L 11/02/2009 - 14:42:12: [AMXX] To enable debug mode, add "debug" after the plugin name in plugins.ini (without quotes).

so what i did was just add a debug without quotes and this is what i get

L 11/02/2009 - 20:20:10: [AMXX] Displaying debug trace (plugin "damagemult.amxx")
L 11/02/2009 - 20:20:10: [AMXX] Run time error 10: native error (native "get_user_flags")
L 11/02/2009 - 20:20:10: [AMXX] [0] damagemult.sma::damage_event (line 50)

all i want is the plugin to work with only 20-30% more damage and i believe this plugin works only for admin?
