Description:
This plugin makes the shield of counter strike penetrable.

Cvars:

// How the cvars work:
// 1.0 means that we don't have shield anymore
// 0.0 shield will never be penetrated
// 0.5 - 50% chance the shield will be penetrated
// 0.05 - 5% chance the shield will be penetrated

ps_ch_knife 0.05 // Chance for knife

ps_ch_shotguns 0.1 // Chance for shotguns

Nice. I don't have much things to say ( ) but you could cache is_user_alive because the forward is called very often and I think it's worth to do it, and for the BONE_* you create as var when just as define would be enough ( just 'const' ).
