Hi,Silvers,My English is very poor.
I use this plugins in centos 7.x+ ,The following error occurred

I could be wrong, but I think that only happens when you cross the maximum entity limit for a map. Does it happen on all maps?

Install to be safe? No harm. Fixes all commands and cvars.

There is no specific number, it depends on how long the cvars and values are etc.

you can test whether your server is affected by bug, using Cvar Anomaly fixer. Short instruction:
- disable Buffer Overflow Fixer
- set "convar_anomaly_autofix" to 0 in cfg
- reboot server
- execute command "sm_convar_anomaly_show" and investigate log: "logs/CVar_Anomaly.log" for "different" records. Buffer overflow fixer is intent to fix such issues.

Installed. I used debug function and it seemed i had cvars who needed the fix.
