The interesting situation my server map just disappears after like 30 minutes if no one is connected. Any solution?

When the server hibernates the map name will disappear.
Simply disable hibernation, add to your gamemode_*_server.cfg: sv_hibernate_when_empty "0"
* = casual, competitive (gamemode + gametype)
