Am currently making a server for myself and I was looking, Is there any plugin that will disable random crit from any weapons unless from a melee weapon?

Assuming Team Fortress 2, setting tf_weapon_criticals to 0 and tf_weapon_criticals_melee to 2 will do what you're looking for, no additional plugins required.
