i found these nice sound effects in a game i was playin, there are .ogg sound files. does anyone know if they will play in my server? i notice that like all the sounds in my server aare wav. shoudl i jsut get a converter?

Your question should be phrased as "Can HL1 play ogg files?", not how you have it now. Renamed and moved

Yeah I think you should convert them to either .wav (and use PrecacheSound on your plugin) or .mp3 (PrecacheGeneric for these).
