[Venom_Cs]

hi guys,i have problem in my counter strike 1.6 zombie plague 6.2 mod server
the problem is when i restart the server or stop it the ranks and top are restarting,but when the map changing they not restarting

i don't know exactly from what are the problem,from the plugin of my zp 6.2 stats or from cvar on server.cfg

also i have add my server.cfg and the stats plugin that i use it on my server down

i hope that someone can help me
