Using this plugin, sappers won't damage buildings at all, even if it didn't remove the sapper.(It gives the buildings god mode on being built, not on sapper removal)

In fact, just to make sure I loaded it up on my server to test it. I sapped a sentry about 100 times and the health bar didn't budge.

Are you sure you aren't using DarthNinjas Sapper Immunity plugin instead? It removes sappers too but doesn't make buildings invincible like this one.

I'm sure this is the only thing running i dont encounter the problem with sentries or dispensers its only ever my teleport exit that when a spy spam's it eventualy it gets destroyed i tested it myself on a enemy engineer and took out his telleport.

Or it could be both sapping and enemies standing on the exit it causes a bug and gets it destroyed i dont know i dont sit on the end of my exit observing whats going on :p

The bug with an exit getting destroyed is an old failsafe for TF2 tele exits in general, if the exit is obstructed somehow or otherwise can't 'fit' the player, it'll just blow up. It's not something specific to this plugin.

It is rather annoying since nothing can be obstructing the telly other than other players since it works fine to go through

I tried loading the plugin using rcon and it wont load. I do rcon sm plugins load optional/TF2 Building God Mode (being that's the name of the .smx file) and it just says "failed to load TF2 file not found" I have also tried it with underscores and it wont work. any help?

If you have the plugin in your plugins folder, it should start automatically.

Otherwise, it'd be
sm plugins load "TF2 Building God Mode"

You may want to at some point switch your spaces to underscores in the filename (Or use UpperCamelCase).

This plugin needs updating is not immune to the tf2 new items (spy sapper) update http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Red-Tape_Recorder

Sentries are not immune everything else is.

Updated to 1.0.3:
- Fixed for Red Tape Recorder
- Sapper removal is now instant, no more sentry downtime
