I love this plugin and I'm glad I checked here today to get the updates.

Would it be possible in the future to play custom sound entries on the jukebox without having to make a sounds_manifest.txt for every level?

I have two questions:

1) How do I play the songs in a specific order? (1,2,3,4,etc..)

2) Am I able to specify custom songs for track 8 and onwards? Say I have a song named "cool". Could I do this?

"track8" "Jukebox.cool"


and track 8 would play?

The vscript is using L4D2's jukebox script so it randomly selects tracks. I'm sure with some tweaking it could play tracks in order.

@Simca are you sure? Last time I remember testing it was working.

Sorry but I don't play L4D2 anymore or have time to mess with it.

Silvers, thank You for jukebox spawner. I have one quastion. I tried to find the way how change horde track. I mean is it possible to change track4 (Jukebox.re_your_brains), that call horde event, to change, for example, on track1 (Jukebox.BadMan1) ? I'd like track1 to call horde event. Even it's not impossimble, any way thank You !

@3ipKa yeah by reading the first post. It's basically in the example already:

Set the "main" section to that. Should do it.



Plugin updated

1.6 (21-Jul-2013)
- Removed Sort_Random work-around. This was fixed in SourceMod 1.4.7, all should update or spawning issues will occur.

since the author doesn't have intensions on rewriting for l4d1
I make the l4d1 version of this plugin by myself
but only two commands you can use
  1. l4d_jukebox_allow
  2. sm_jukestop
put l4d1_jukebox_spawns.cfg file into \addons\sourcemod\data.
my code is bad, sorry

Missing data config (with Jukeboxes saved to most Valve maps)? Your client music sound volume low/off?

It used to work, now even doing the steps correctly it won't work at all, help me fix it i'm begging....

The .cfg it's on the data, And the smx on the plugins file, However it doesn't auto-spawn anything, Man my friend just downloaded it and it works for him but it doesn't for me, The music works now that i use the command Auto-spawn won't
