Added IsValidEntity check to the resume and pause function. Hopefully it should take care of the error logs.

l4d2_gtl_ghost doesn't exists. It ghost and freeze the tank by default.

So everything is fine then? I was using Ghost Tank in L4D1 and was really pleased, maybe i should install this in l4d2 too

Updated to version 0.92.

Now includes melee reduction damage for the tank.
