Requirements:
SourceMod [DAAA]
SDKHooks 2.1+ or 2.2 for CS:GO+

Changelog:
1.0.0 - Initial release.
1.1.0 - Removed the "REPLICATED" flag from the version cvar.
1.2.0 - Fixed that the 1hit kill doesn't work at all.
1.3.0 - Fixed and tested.
