I'm looking for plugin with which they could last two players to invite each other to deagle duel.

Just use the plugin knife duel if your the only one left as T and the enemy is only one left as CT and simply in the plugin add so it gives them a deagle.

a real deagle duel should be like the western movies, by hiding (and blocking) the pistols until a countdown is over.

Yes but the Knife Duel first be countdown and only after the countdown begins to duel.
Can it also set on the deagle duel

I can't test it with the duel plugin now, but I know that this plugin works correctly
in a cfg file like amxx.cfg, add this (you can modify it)

set_bpammo_max 50ae 70
weapon_maxclip deagle 14
